Quality：Overall, these are reliable, efficient computers with good components. The addition of a quality, low power Meanwell PSU for the rackmount version ensures clean, efficient power delivery and a long lifespan. The bios is simple, but functional and the serial console port is now enabled by default, meaning you no longer need a monitor or keyboard for the initial setup. The only real drawback is that the included fans are a bit unreliable. If you're bulk ordering these, I'd suggest ordering at least one replacement fan for every 5 units so that you can quickly replace any fans that fail prematurely or become too noisy due to bearing issues. Aside from that, these are great computers. They're ideal as a cheap yet ultra-reliable, low power and high througput firewall or router. Service：Qotom's customer service has been fabulous. Any questions I had were addressed quickly and the fan issue I had was resolved in a fair, timely fashion. 5 stars overall.
